Gus Johnson to call 20 Bucks Games

Rise and fire, Milwaukee Bucks fans, Gus Johnson is heading your way.

The Fox Sports announcer has been hired by the NBA franchise (and Fox Sports Wisconsin) to call 20 Bucks games during the 2015-16 NBA regular season. As of yet, Johnson does not know the specific games he will call, but he said in an interview on Monday afternoon that they’ll be a mix of home and away games. Johnson will call the NBA games in between his college football and college basketball assignments for Fox Sports 1. *

Excited about Marques Johnson as well. I like John McGlocklin, but he seems ready to step aside. Paschke has been loyal to the Bucks, but I think the owners want someone new after this year.

I like Johnny Mac, but I'm also excited to get Marques Johnson in the fold too. He was an incredible player, and an all time great Buck.

I'm not one of those that hates on TV crew, that being said John McGlocklin needs to be on radio. He talks too much. Your on TV, the picture does the talking for you at times.
