Bucks Press Office BUCKS ANNOUNCE 2015 PRESEASON SCHEDULE
Three in-state contests highlight six-game preseason slate; 39th MACC Fund game to be held Oct. 10
The Milwaukee Bucks will play three Wisconsin-based home games during the 2015 preseason, including two at the BMO Harris Bradley Center and one at the Kohl Center in Madison, the team announced today.
The Bucks will open their home preseason slate against the Detroit Pistons on Oct. 10 in the 39th MACC Fund game. This annual event is the cornerstone of the Bucks’ 38-year founding commitment to Midwest Athletes Against Childhood Cancer. Since the inaugural event in 1977, the annual MACC Fund Game has raised more than $1.2 million for children’s cancer research at the Midwest Children’s Cancer Center at Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin in Milwaukee. The Bucks will also host the Washington Wizards at the BMO Harris Bradley Center on Saturday, Oct. 17. Tickets for both BMO Harris Bradley Center games will go on sale on Monday, Sept. 21.
On Tuesday, Oct. 20, Milwaukee will host the Minnesota Timberwolves at the Kohl Center in Madison, marking the first game in the state’s capital since a preseason game against the Dallas Mavericks, also at the Kohl Center, on Oct. 19, 1999. Tickets for the Madison game are already on sale and can be purchased online at bucks.com/Madison or UWBadgers.com, by calling 1-800-GO-BADGERS or (608) 262-1440, or in-person by visiting the McGinnis Family Athletic Ticket Office located at 1440 Monroe St., near Gate 1 of Camp Randall Stadium.
In addition to the Bucks’ three games in Wisconsin, the team will travel to Chicago (Oct. 6), Cleveland (Oct. 13) and Minnesota (Oct. 23). The complete preseason schedule is below.
