Rowsey to Visit MU

UNC Asheville transfer Andrew Rowsey is scheduled to visit MU on Wednesday.

He put up some pretty good numbers in his first two years scoring wise, 20 points per game as a frosh and 19 as a soph. Averaged 2.9 assists.

With Hauser scheduled to visit this weekend, is it possible that within a week we will have two of our three 2016 slots filled?

Hard to say, they might use one of the slots for this year.

That's my guess. I think we land both Rowsey and Hauser by this time next week. That said, we would still have two open scholarships for graduate transfers this year and one open scholarship for a four-year player next year. Alternately, we could fill one of each of those by taking another traditional transfer like Kyle Washington.

If Rowsey does come to MU, I'd like to see us hold off on another transfer (unless it is a post graduate transfer) as I'd like Wojo to have another schollie for a 2016 kid like Coffey, or even to take a flier on Giannis brother.
