After drinking himself out of an assistant coach job at Marquette, he landed in China, then Japan, then Bahrain, sometimes drunk, sometimes sober.

Didn't he leave when Crean left? I know he didn't go to Indiana but I thought Buzz just brought in his own guys?

When Crean left, the program took the opportunity to separate from him because of his issues.
