Last night notre dame won the ACC tournament in their second season in the ACC. In almost 20 years in the old Big East, they never made the tournament finals once. So, how good is the ACC is an also ran from the old Big East can win it all so quickly? This league is all hat and no ranch.

They can't say much beyond their Top 5. Speaking of Notre Dame, Providence beat them in non-conference.

so what? Providence is a good team. Has nothing to do with how well ND is playing right now. Impressive to beat Duke and UNC in their own backyard.

The top of the league is good. After the top 6, it waters down a lot, like most leagues.

I wouldn't base Notre Dame on what they did in the Big East. Brey never had a player like Jerian Grant. In the right region they could go to the Final Four.

Notre Dame is good, but for having 14 teams, the ACC is not that strong.
