With last night's win number 29, the Bucks are one win away from doubling last season's totals, with 29 games to go.

Giannis getting plenty of love last night during the brief time I tuned into Sports Center. 12 points, 9 boards, 8 assists, 3 steals and 4 of 4 from free throw line.
After this season, and a dunk contest appearance, if he continues to develop as he has, Giannis could be off the charts next year, and a special player in the League for many years to come.

No Parker, no Sanders. Almost double last years wins already, and a real shot to triple last year's win total with basically the same team. Worst record in the league last year. If the Bucks do keep rolling, Kidd would have to be in the coach of the year discussion. Triple the wins with basically the same team - Wow.

That is a crazy stat. Having a lot of fun watching this team, and Giannis.

Check this out on Deadspin. Reggie Evans is shocked Giannis is only 20.

The Bucks did what small market non NY/LA/Miami/ teams have to do to win.
Get a player that has a ton of potential, but needs time to develop (Giannis) so you are still bad enough to get a lottery pick (Parker).

Hammond has also done a good job of putting together a good team that plays fun to watch team ball - Knight, Middleton, Dudley, Mayo (yes Mayo), Henson, ZaZa, etc.

How good does the Knight / Middleton trade for Jennings look now.
