Has Jameel McKay as 5th best transfer: "He spent his first two seasons in the junior college ranks, then bolted Marquette after one semester in which he didn't play a single minute. It looked like a terrible decision at the time, but McKay became eligible after the break and has been a difference-maker for the Cyclones due to his size, length and athleticism. Another reason it looks even better? The guy who recruited him to Marquette, Buzz Williams, left for Virginia Tech."

Has Matt Carlino as the 5th worst transfer: "Carlino averaged basically the same numbers at BYU that he's putting up this season at Marquette. The difference is that the Cougars could be playing in the NCAA tourney come March while the Golden Eagles are watching."

OK, so this is from the player's POV. Cause from Marquette's POV, Carlino has been great.

and Carlino is very happy he chose Marquette so that is even wrong.

Just curious.....If McKay left because of a disagreement with Buzz why would Buzz leaving make the transfer better? I mean it could be argued that it would have been the other way around.

Goodman has to find something to write about I guess.

Clueless. Completely clueless.

Misleading too. Makes it seem like the reason McKay left was because buzz left.

Also, MU is a clear step up from BYU. NCAA tournament or not.
