Excellent read on ESPN Insider about how Wojo is trying the sustain and stabilize the culture that exists at Marquette. Feels Marquette has a great tradition and will support the program at the highest level.

He has 4 pillars on which he will guide the program.
1. Put players first
2. Do things in a manner that will attract the elite.
3. Empower the staff
4. Connect with past, present and future of Marquette.

Great article by Jay Bilas. New insight into the program and Wojo. I also thought it was classy that there was no mention of the previous coach and how they did things, or that there was a problem with the previous culture.
