1. Minutes Per Game:
MU loses more mpg than any other BE team except Creighton - 103.3 mpg among DG, JW, JT, and CO.
Creighton - 115.2 mpg in McDermott, Wagge, Marigat, and Gibbs.
St. John's - 101.6 mpg (if Obekpa doesn't return) - Sampson, Sanchez, Pointer, Achiuwa, Obekpa.
Seton Hall - 93.2 mpg in Edward, Teague, Oliver, Geramipoor.
DePaul - 86.0 mpg in Melvin, Young, and Marcius.
GTown - 82.3 mpg in Starks, Lubick, and Bowen.
Providence - 70.5 mpg in Cotton and Batts.
Xavier - 53.1 mpg in Philmore and Martin. (total rises to 88.4 mpg if Christon does not return).
Nova - 43.8 mpg in Bell and Chennaut.
Butler - 21.5 mpg in Fromm (but Jones returns from redshirt).
2. Points Per Game:
Creighton - 51.3 ppg
Seton Hall - 38.3 ppg
MU - 36.9 ppg
DePaul - 36.8 ppg
Providence - 34.1 ppg
St. John's - 31.4 ppg
GTown - 28.4 ppg
Xavier - 21.0 ppg
Nova - 17.1 ppg (34.1 ppg if Christon does not return)
Butler - 5.5 ppg
3. Rebounds Per Game:
St. John's - 21.8 rpg (17.0 rpg if Obekpa returns)
MU - 18.7 rpg
Creighton - 17.0 rpg
Seton Hall - 16.8 rpg
DePaul - 15.2 rpg
GTown - 13.2 rpg
Providence - 10.9 rpg
Xavier - 10.2 rpg
Nova - 7.5 rpg
Butler - 3.4 rpg
I only included players who played decent mpg. I did not include Smith of GTown since he did not play at all second semester, and I have no idea what his status is/might be next year. The other big question marks are Christon and Obekpa. (I will be surprised if Christon chooses to remain in the draft and even more surprised if Lavin does not take Obekpa back.)
Bottom line, though, in terms of mpg that have to be replaced, MU ranks #2, and in terms of points we rank third, and in terms of rebounds we rank either first or second.
