UNC is one of the best public universities out there. This is not like Kentucky, where this sort of thing is expected, or Memphis, where it is inevitable.

Um, UNC is a dirty program. Example, Tyler Hansbrough completed his junior year and his mom, a former Miss. Missouri, was getting divorced and was without a job. Guess who gave her a job? UNC - as a fund raiser. Interesting thing happened while she was on the job. She frequently had pressing business in the cities where Notre Dame was playing away games. Why? That's the time when Tyler's brother Ben was playing for the irish. There's more hanky panky to the story - literally, but I'm not getting into that part of it. For me, and I live in the Triangle, it's hard to believe that UNC's clean and its a wonder that they have such a sterling reputation.
I do agree that its a good school.
