Knew it was the rule as well, but never saw it enforced in high school or college to. The thing is, I thought a player or two in front of the walk-on dunked as well.

According to Bilas it is only not allowed in the last 20 minutes of warmups(unless he was joking?)....the guy dunked at 19:58....

Against rules to dunk in warm-ups under 20:00. K-State walk-on dunked at 19:58. Technical foul. NCAA "always there for student-athletes."
