Ouch... Almost 30 pt loss to Kansas... Saw what you will about it being on the road, that's ugly. Georgetown has not looked good this year, remember when we formed the new Big East and they were being all stuck up about their brand? Looks like they need to change some things up.

Same could have been said about us when we got blown out at home against Ohio State.

Big East will not be judged by one season.

Along with losing Otto Porter, they also lost Greg Whittington to injury and eventually knuckleheaded behavior. Josh Smith is a very good offensive player, but he is tremendously bad on D and good teams should score well inside when he's in the line-up. Isaac Copeland and Paul White are the exact type of players that have thrived in Georgetown's system, and I think this may be a small blip on the radar overall. They entered the season in a similar situation to us, but I think that we are much to hitting our stride and winning a large percentage of our remaining games.
