Art's Performing Center is still doing business, right?

Worried your rewards points might expire?

Yes, but it isn't directly across the street. Looking at the parking, how many families with kids walk past there on their way to the BC? Or even park in that exact structure? I can see the specials now for when Disney on Ice comes to town.

Kiddie drop off special: 2 for 1 lappers during all Disney Shows

Rewards points. Ha. It's called the Platinum Lapper Club. Just like a politician to try to confuse the issues. You have the PLC card, right?

The BC can replace Disney on Ice with the all inclusive bachelor party package.

So, you are saying you've thought this out and have a solid business plan in place? :D

This is quite disrespectful. Please refer to these dancing young ladies as "erotic artists".

Idiots. I told them to market the business as the Milwaukee Ballet. These people simply have no business sense.

The City of Milwaukee has to fill that building. It's not like the girls will be dancing on the traffic poles.

Problem is, the city demands top shelf rent for that spot, when it only does business when the BC has an event. Not to mention, worst design EVER. Should be two completely separate places not one. City needs to peel back the rent in a major way and let someone make a living there. How about, during basketball & hockey season rent is X, outside of that stretch rent is X-Y. That would make more sense than having the damn place vacant 4 out of every 5 years.

I know of one thing that would thrive in that spot - I mean, really kick some ass......

"Diener's" with proprietors Bob & Travis Diener. I have been saying that for 8 years now.

Why scale back rent, since Silk wants the spot.
