Excellent article. I have heard NBA people say "you are who you guard." In other words, offensively it doesn't really matter...good coaches find a way to tap your strengths...but defensively you guard who you guard.

From the sound of his tweets, he now wants to be paid. Not sure he is that level of player, but he may want to look into the NBA D League if getting paid is what he wants.

That article should be required reading for all recruits. This is Buzz's approach and with it he's gotten a high percentage of his recruits a shot at the NBA brass ring.

I get the sense that Jameel embodies that entitlement that Finkelstein talks about in this article. All that matters is the money he'll make and not the work it will take to earn that money.
