Great pickup for the Panthers. Akeem Springs had interest from Loyola, UIC and DePaul but chose Milwaukee...I don't have any confirmation as to how much interest those schools had.

Against Milwaukee on December 7th, Springs scored 21 points on 8-for-16 shooting and pulled down nine rebounds.

He will be a player for us. Sooner rather than later.
