FGCU looks really good right now, that Murray kid can jump!

Nova cut it to 8 at the half against NC. Was down much more. Not a good showing, thus far, by Georgetown and Nova.

I blinked. It is not 13. Wow, FGCU looks awfully good and Georgetown really looks like they are panicking.

A 15 seed with a win over 1 2 seed(Miami) and now beating another by double digits.......RPI is in the top 100.....Sounds like they may have been underseeded to me...lol

I have said many times this year that I did not think Georgetown is any good. They are proving it right now!

Nova making it a game. I like Jay Wright.

FGCU is very athletic, quick and a nice looking club. I had not seen them play this year. They look like they are far more athletic and much quicker than Georgetown.

I have always liked and respected Jay Wright. I remember the BE Conference Tournament Game when they beat MU on a last second shot and he had the team walk quietly by MU's locker room out of respect. Then he made nothing but glowing comments about MU. Always a class act.

They are fun to watch! They move well without the ball and they move the ball well. I feel like I'm watching Crowder out there.

Well, Duke and Mizzou were 2's last year and went out in the "2nd" round. Why not GTown this year?

Exactly!! never bought their hype. Thought if you shut Porter down, you had a great chance of beating them. By the way, is their anyone that loses as a very high seed in the tourney more than JTIII?? Oh yeah...Bo does. :P

What an alleyoop! "I should pull this out and run some clock but watch this..."
No fear. Love it!

So, who exactly is the BE COY again and how did his team do in the NCAA's?

Big East having a pretty bad NCAA overall so far.....Pitt, GT, Cincy and looks like Nova all lose in the first round....ND could make it 5 out of 8....
Or we could look at Cincy and Pitt as ACC teams and Creighton and Butler as Big East teams....then it looks a little better.....=)
Big 10 doing well....outside of one school......

Porter had a great year and was always the calming influence on the Georgetown team. Tonight wasn't his or his teams night.

I thought going in, this would be a wide open tournament. I think a lot more upsets yet to come this weekend.

At the NIT in 2009: 74-72 loss to Baylor in the first round
As a three seed in 2010: 97-83 to No. 14 Ohio in the Round of 64
As a six seed in 2011: 74-56 to No. 11 VCU in the Round of 64
As a three seed in 2012: 66-63 loss to No. 11 North Carolina State in the Round of 32
As a two seed in 2013: 78-68 loss No. 15 Florida Gulf Coast in the Round of 64
