i know they are not set up to do so, but it would be a lot of fun to see their speed against louisville. vcu is much quicker then i realized

They took advantage of an Akron team that was sick and missing its starting point guard. I think Michigan shreds VCU press Saturday.

Also, while VCU has had a strong run the past few years, there's a great chance that Shaka has a new home by the time Big East would get around to inviting them.

What was the deal with Akron? One guy hurt his back bad yesterday, two guys had a severe case of the flu today? That really hurts.

And though it's an old story by now, their second best player and starting PG is currently behind bars. I figured VCU would win big today, but think they lose handily Saturday.
