Would have to assume Chris Collins is a shoe-in for that job

Until Northwestern agrees to "soften" some of the incoming requirements of their basketball recruits, I think top assistants aren't going to be too interested. I believe Johnny Dawkins turned it down when Carmody got it.

They need a new facility as much or more than a good coach. It's terrible.

Has to be one of the 2 or 3 worst D-1 jobs out there......

2 or 3 worst high major jobs, right? I'd rather be at Northwestern than Chicago St or Utah Valley State or Texas Pan Am or Idaho St or Alabama A&M or...

True, if you exclude low major schools

Can you call Northwestern a high major job when they've never been to an NCAA tournament?

I put the Bucknell coaches name on a BadgerNation thread about this job. Paulsen is a Wausau native who has recruited the Midwest.

If I recall, Carmody was hired over Bo Ryan, who was then at UWM.

ok I meant major conference jobs......but my point obviously is no good coach is going to want that job ......it's a career killer...unless you're KO....=)
