In last six games they are 0-3 at home and 3-0 on the road.

Lost a close one at home to New Mexico - beat Pitt on road - lost close games to St. John's and ND at home - then beat Rutgers and DePaul on the road. They do have good wins at home earlier this year including Iowa State, Oregon, Alabama and Xavier.

It will be a tough game for MU as Kilpatrick, Wright and to a lesser extent Parker shoot a lot of threes. Teams that shoot, and make, a lot of 3s makes me nervous with this MU team.

Last night Buzz said that Mick Cronin is the most underrated coach in the Big East, and that they literally have 12 high major players. He said their talent level is through the roof. He also said that last year leading up to the Cincy game he told the players every day... "They are going to smack you". Said he told them that every day, not for motivational purposes, but that he felt they were due for a let down. And Cincy smacked them. Hopefully he has them ready, as they didn't seem to ever show any urgency last night.

Cashmere Wright sprained his knee against DePaul on Tuesday night and had to leave the game. He was to have an MRI today. Reports are that he is getting around pretty well so I think the odds are better than 50-50 he'll play against us Saturday night.

Marquette at Cincinnati, Saturday, 7 p.m. EST, ESPNU
This has the potential to be one of those really ugly Big East games, so watch at your own risk. Marquette is 4-0 in the Big East, but two of those wins were in overtime, and another was by a point. They're not due, they're overdue.
