Women's Volleyball loses 3-0 to Louisville in Big East Tournament Final

Women's Soccer loses in penalty shootout to BYU in NCAA tournament

Men's Soccer upset by Northwestern in NCAA tournament

Women's basketball falls to Georgia Tech

Let's hope it ends there an MU tops Butler tomorrow!

That is one way to look at it. Or, the positive spin is:

(1) Women's Volleyball makes the championship of the Big East tournament over 13 other teams

(2) Women's soccer made it to the Sweet 16

(3) Men's soccer made the NCAA tourney for the first time in 15 years, ranked in top 10 for most of the year (losing at Valley Fields was the most disappointing of the weekend)

(4) Women's basketball loses a game, ok, not great but it is ONE game

National championships are always the goal but still there was a lot of success at Marquette this fall!

The Women's VB team also won two games over the weekend to get to that title match. I will take that in Maui and be pleased.

I agree with Alex. I'm sure all those teams are looking at it like a tough weekend too. Only later on will they celebrate their seasons.

Was at the Men's Soccer game. They were thoroughly outplayed. Northwestern smothered them, and were far more composed on the ball.

Great season, very tough ending.
