NCAA approves alleged tougher sacntions for rule breakers.
Of course this does not apply to Duke basketball, where I guess it is ok to play St. Schultz and say "I know nothing", and have the player involved refuse to talk to the NCAA.
Oh yeah, and buyout the guy that gave the player a $60,000 loan on $100k worth the jewlery. Then the NCAA, instead of digging into the details, just says there is nothing they can do and let's Duke get away with nothing.
If Reggie Bush's parents and the guy that gave them free rent only knew how to play the game USC would have had no problems.
