Lazar was officially waived by Houston (http://spacecityscoop.com/2012/10/29/houston-rockets-cut-livingston-hayward-forbes-brockman-and-johnson/), along with JuJuan Johnson, Shaun Livingston, Gary Forbes and Jon Brockman.

Lazar was pretty damn lucky to be able to earn about $3 million in guaranteed money. Not sure there's anything left for him in the NBA

Too early to say that IMO. Guys disappear, go overseas and get back in circulation all the time. He is the classic "tweener" though. Thing is, I think the style of play that OKC plays is well suited for him.
