I like that CBSsports is keeping the pressure on this Duke issues. Same reason that UMass had to vacate their final four.

The NCAA did it to USC and their Heisman Trophy winner - will they have the stones to do what they did to UMass for Camby getting jewlery?

Lance Thomas "doesn't think" he committed violations.

I just can't get over a guy spending $100,000 on jewelry, no matter how rich you are. If I added up all the jewelry (watches) I have it would be barely over $1,000 and that includes my great grandfather's pocket watch from the 1890's.

If it was an agent who facilitated the line of credit and no one from Duke, Duke would still be in trouble right? It will be interesting to see how this turns out - that would be unreal if their '10 championship was voided.

Camby's issues started with jewlery from an agent. There was also cash involved as well.
So how does a player at Duke come up with $30,000 for a down payment on jewlery?

Two issues
1 - the cash (where did he get the $30,000 from).
2 - the loan (does every customer with no income that goes to the store get $60,000 in loans?).

Will the NCAA do to Duke what they would do to any other school with the same violations?

A lot of pressure on the NCAA here.
