Reading the article, I see nothing wrong. It is obvious that Julius Peppers was progressing towards a degree. That's the most important thing, right?
Alex is right, though, any NC directional school or Belmont Abbey are in serious trouble for this.

Wow...I guess I shouldn't be surprised, but this is still pretty crappy even for the NCAA.
