Can someone explain this?

Being in the apparel business I always look at ads I see for ideas. Some are pretty cool and I wish I had come up with the idea. Some I think are stupid, and some I simply don't understand...like this one. Looking at it I expected to check the Lakers training camp roster and see Kaminsky, Dekker, Leuer, Hayes and Harris all on the roster, but none of them.

Can someone please explain this? I don't get it...
