[Phantom Warrior]

There have been quite a few excellent MU players over the years that played high school ball in the five-county, metro-Milwaukee area.

In my head I started trying to put together a Top 10 - a first team and a second team beginning with 1960, so a period covering slightly over 50 years.

Here's what I came up with.

First Team:

Point Guard: Tony Smith (played point his senior year)

Off Guard: Bob Wolf

Small Forward: Don Kojis

Power Forward: Damon Key

Center: Jim Chones

Second Team:

Point Guard: Allie McGuire (played some point at times)

Off Guard: Ron Glaser

Small Forward: Steve Novak

Power Forward: Trevor Powell

Center: Jim McIlvaine

Honorable Mention:

Tom Flynn, Robert Jackson (played only one year), Kevin Johnson, Dean Marquardt, Scott Merrit, Jeff Sewell

Jelly? Never heard that before. I started with 1960, that's all. If someone wants to include Murph in the Top 10 all-time from the Milwaukee area, why not?
