Is anyone else experiencing this crap? Is it nationally? Just Milwaukee? Just Time Warner?
TNT, with UMBC beating Virginia - BLANK SCREEN
The others, TruTV, TBS, CBS - change to that channel and it takes 20 seconds to come on.
All other channels are FINE!!
