Last night I tuned in for awhile to watch the Cavs - Celtics game. An entertaining NBA game, but one thing I saw a number of times during the span I was watching the game that irritated me was a new Nike commercial that also featured Duke.
Not only was it a long commercial, but the Nike commercial was, in part, also an ad for Duke. The kid grows up working hard on his game, goes to a Lebron James camp, then to Duke where he hits a game winner, then to the Cavs where he plays with Lebron and hits a game winner.
I was somewhat surprised when I saw the ad that with all the money and shoe crap going on, that Nike would in a way promote Duke in a commercial.
Anyone else see it and get irritated by the Duke part in the commercial?
