So why does Cohen get this waiver, when John Dawson didn't? And Dawson played in one game and got 4 minutes prior to transfer versus the 3 games and 19 minutes that Cohen did?

Does Traci get a waiver to allow him to play 3 1/2 years?

Yeah, that's really bizarre. Great for Sandy but I can't think of a single logical reason for him to get a special dispensation.
