If they can get him for the mid-level exception, that would be fine. Just don't tie up a bunch of money and years on him.

Given my worries about team chemistry and fit, I don't care what kind of bargain we could get him for. I would prefer they pass. I think even one season with him could set the program back and I would hope ownership would see that potential negative. But I actually have no faith in this ownership group.
