NBATV's "Open Court" panel discuss various topics. One topic was best team not to win a title by decade. In the 80's, they focus on the Bucks with Sidny Moncrief and Marques Johnson. I was born in the 80's, so I was never able to fully appreciate those Bucks teams.

Those 80s Bucks teams were oftentimes the second best team in the Eastern Conference. It's just that either the Celtics or Sixers were better. They lost three Eastern Finals in four years, and were arguably the second best team in the conference they year they didn't make it.
