Interestingly, they had Providence, Seton Hall and Creighton as 30, 31 and 32.

for the description of Villanova at 20, they don't mention Booth coming back or Spellman as sitting out, though they might have included him in their recruiting class of A+

Nova will be a top 5 top team next season (figuring that Brunson is definitely coming back). In a perfect world, they add one more guard, but as is they have a real nice looking rotation with Brunson, Booth, DiVencenzo (who should have a huge year in a featured role), Samuels (one of top frosh in league), Bridges (who I also like to break out in a bigger role), Paschall (one Nova player who finished the year well), Spellman, and either Painter or Cosby-Roundtree (probably lean towards frosh to be Spellman's back-up). They will be more athletic next year, should remain plenty skilled, and it's nuts to not have a Nova team with good talent out of the top 10 at this point.
