St. John's seems to play considerably better at home than they do on the road.

That being said, the Johnnies are a terrible match up for MU because of their overall quickness.

Ponds and LoVett are are handful, but Ahmad is also a nice player. Yakwe had his highest scoring game of the season against us because of his quickness and his aggressiveness.

MU is at home, and the Warriors know how important this game is.

We should play them tougher than we did last time, but our overall deficit in terms of athleticism and quickness will hurt us.

Hey I'm worried about this game too, but would anybody consider Butler to be a quick/athletic team? The answer is no, and they just curb stomped them at Hinkle.

Gotta control the turnovers. If our guys choke up the ball even as close to the number as the first game, lights out.

I feel confident Wojo will have learned from the first time. St. John's isn't the same team away from home and while they present some matchup problems, I don't think they'll have the same success on the road. I expect we'll take more time passing the ball and do a better job of slowing them down (surprising to think of us wanting to play a slower style). I don't think it will be a blowout, but I don't expect it to ever feel like we're in that much danger, either.
