Villanova deserves to be #1. They are fantastic. Watching a bit of #2 Kansas before this game, I think Nova would take care of them. Bridges is a future NBA player, he keeps improving. Hopefully a strong 2nd half for MU.

Hart on the bench for most of the 1st half. Their defense makes opposing teams uncomfortable.

Here is an interesting one that Mayor Beluga brought up to me at halftime. He said MU had the foul advantage to start the game then during a timeout Jay Wright went at it with official Evan Burroughs. They talked throughout the entire timeout Wright did not talk to the team, Burroughs did not leave Wright's side.

So I looked it up... This occurred at the 12:06 media time out. Villanova had 4 fouls, MU had 1.

Result? Next six fouls on MU.

They did not call another foul on Villanova until there was 1:14 left in the half.

Would love to know how many of those six were called by Burroughs, and the last one with .02 as well?

Love how Luke is using the shot-fake more...draws a foul or finishes as the defender flies by. Prevents a blocked shot.

Lots of folks taking photos of the stormed court and the players standing on the scorer's table. A memorable experience after being Dow so much with. 7 minutes to go.

epic court rush for a group of students that haven't seen much in their years.
Awesome game and comeback by MU. What an awesome environment at the BC.

About half of the Bucks team was at the game, and Novak was taking pictures with fans on the court after the game. I didn't want to leave the place.

Was making my way to media room after the celebration started dying down and here comes Markus Howard and Haanif Cheatham literally coming back out for more.

Then in media room, in come Reinhardt and Wilson. The whole time Reinhardt was talking Wilson was smiling so big, kept bending over grabbing his knees, couldn't believe what was happening. When it was his turn he answered question #1, then to question #2 his answer was something like, "Honestly, I don't even know what's going on right now. This is incredible, it hard to believe it."

I guess I don't know what you are saying. I can't believe you are saying what I read from your post. I take what you said to mean that Jay Wright want's MU in the tourney, so he purposely lost a game, and the number one ranking, to improve MU's chances of making the tourney. I don't think that is what you meant, but that is how I read it.
