Important game for Giannis and Parker to show they can shine against the big boys. Sure only one game, but must be a confidence builder.

Huge game for Giannis. Parker with 18, and one play under the hoop where he grabbed an offensive rebound, with a guy holding his shirt, and finished with a jam. Knee looks better, and he seems to have more bounce than when at Duke.

I also like the way Brogdon is playing for a rookie, and a second round pick. Picked up 20+ minutes against the defending champs.

If you were the coach or GM of the Cavs, would you do anything to Smith because of that move?

From the MJS game recap: "Antetokounmpo did his part with a career-high tying 34 points while adding 12 rebounds, five assists, five steals and two blocks before an appreciative crowd of 16,559. The only other player under age 22 to have a 30-10-5-5 in a game in the last 30 seasons: the man defending Antetokounmpo for much of the night, LeBron James."

You would think LBJ would have a one-on-one with him that might not necessitate that. Maybe it is just baked into what they expect from him from time to time. Still, maybe some extended bench time is warranted.
