Plumlee signs a 4 year deal that is guaranteed. Tells me the Bucks like the idea of a Maker / Plumlee post going forward (after Monroe).

Exactly. Glad to see the Bucks resign him, he played well last year. I would have preferred a 2 year deal, but as you said Goose, they want defense and rebounding at the C position going forward.
