Val Ackerman mentioned it to Gary Parrish, but not on the NCAA's radar right now.

This would be bad IMO - guys like Cal etc can recruit saying, "LSU? Hell, I'll get you a six figure endorsement deal, LSU can't do that!"

Also allows boosters to pay them for endorsing their companies.
