On paper we shouldn't have a chance today. Look at Nova's stats and rankings versus MU's below:

http://www.bigeast.com/custompages/sports/m-baskbl/2015-2016/confonly.htm

The Wildcats are in the upper half of the league rankings in almost every category, including a slew of firsts and seconds, while MU is in the lower half in almost every category, including a whole slew of eighths.

On paper, we should lose by double digits, probably by 12-15 points.

I have a gut feeling, however, that this game goes down to the last possession or two, and I think we can actually pull off the upset, despite the stats and rankings.

MU - 72, Nova - 71

Nervous that Phantom is calling for a win.

Hopefully this means we'll blow them out.

I just do not seeing Nova losing two straight. Wildcats win today. I would take MU plus 10 at home though. I think we keep the loss within single digits

I really think we need to zone them to win and stick with it. Deny the ball inside and 'Nova is beatable. They aren't a great three point shooting team (about average) but have a tendency to fall in love with the longball, especially if you can get ahead of them.

"Matt Heldt in a tshirt and sweatpants during warmups. Doesn't look good for him playing today (left knee sprain)."
