Going to be many opportunities for quality wins in conference.
And Providence is yet again sucking me further and further in to taking them to make a nice run in the tourney - I do it every year and always regret it! :)

Great to see "The Soul of College Hoops" doing great again!

Didn't know George Washington was doing that well this season - it would be nice if DePaul could contribute to the BE cause for a change tomorrow.

Rothstein can't even compliment the league without mentioning for the 100th time that it is a different conference.

I'm going to go another way on this. Just for fun! I like how he points out the Big East is a three year conference. Most forget the C-7 left the Big East, which now is called the American Athletic Conference.

The Big East now is what the original Big East intended to be, a conference focused solely on basketball and being the best basketball conference in the country. Once Georgetown and St. John's start competing to their potential (and I believe that both will), this league will be right there with the best in the country.

More impressively, none of them are Villanova. The first couple years of the reformation, our poll results were pretty much "Villanova and Company". Glad to see the rest of the league stepping up. Love to see us start 4-0 in league play and get in on the act.

America doesn't understand the basketball fandom that Xavier, Butler & Creighton has.
